LINCOLN — Zoning Board of Appeals continues hearing on Anantha residence special permit. The applicant, Srinivas Anantha, and contractor Brian Zagorites presented a proposal to demolish and reconstruct at 127 Bedford Road, with Chair David Summer moving to continue the hearing. The board voted 7-0 to resume February 5, 2026, after requesting design clarifications including elevations, setback adjustments, and property screening details.
