LINCOLN — Board of Health appoints Andrea Joseph as agent. The Board unanimously appointed Andrea Joseph, recently hired as a Public Health Inspector for the Town of Concord and previously a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist at Amazon, as a Board of Health Agent through a motion by Dr. Steven Kanner and second by Dr.
Fred Mansfield. The Board also approved an educational brochure on anticoagulant rodenticides for posting on the Town website and endorsed a citizen petition seeking to restrict the use of anticoagulant rodenticides on private property with a Board of Health exemption for public health concerns.
