Board of Health · Meeting of May 27, 2026

Lincoln Board of Health approved permit fee increases and heard compliance updates from Lincoln Woods Apartments. Health Agent Melanie Dineen reported the board unanimously raised residential kitchen permits to $200 and well permits to $200, determining the rates would better reflect staff time required for review and inspection. The board appointed Rachel Arsenault as Health Agent and Inspector.

At a public hearing, board members reviewed ongoing pest control and structural issues at 75 Wells Road, directing management to complete repairs and continue pest monitoring with clear documentation until pest control reports demonstrate absence of rodent activity.
