LINCOLN — The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee charted 2026 priorities, tabling an advisory shoulders project while advancing Ricci Trail bike access planning. Margaret Olson and Kim Bodnar will restructure the Transportation Coalition framework and develop organizational maintenance standards for road discussion with interested committees. Bob Wolf will pursue necessary approvals from the Select Board and Conservation Commission to open the Ricci Trail to bicycles, with a temporary path planned for spring.
The committee deferred action on the Carroll School project, citing limited influence under the Dover Amendment, and assigned Ginger Reiner to codify vulnerable road user priorities into town policy.
