Lincoln Cemetery Commission pursues Natural Burials, seeks cemetery expansion. Anne Sobol reported on Westford's Natural Burial section, which generates two to three additional burials per year since opening, and plans to introduce a March Town Meeting Resolution supporting the program. Cemetery Agent Valerie Fox noted 2,000 Lincoln residents age 65 and over, with 693 over 80.

The Commission agreed the Conservation Department's Open Space Plan should highlight cemetery needs and noted that the Rural Land Foundation may help identify available parcels.
