Historical Commission · Meeting of May 12, 2026

Lincoln Historical Commission voted on two preservation matters during a virtual meeting. The commission determined that an existing garage at 19 Brooks Rd., built between 1910 and the 1930s on the property of the 1695 Brooks House, holds historical and cultural significance to the town, passing 6-0. Chair Andrew Glass noted that the Brooks House is one of Lincoln's oldest buildings.

In a separate matter, the commission approved a plan from Christopher Boit to repair exterior elements and repaint his house and garage at 61 Bedford Rd., approving 4-0-1 with Boit abstaining from the vote.
