LINCOLN — Bicycle committee backs Ballfield Road plan, plans May Walk/Bike Roll to School event. The committee reviewed a draft Ballfield Road circulation and repavement plan from the Transportation Coalition, with civil engineering consultant John Vancor, and expressed general support for a newly constructed travel lane around the center field. Superintendent Parry Graham will consult with school principals regarding timing for a proposed slip lane closure.

The committee is planning a Walk/Bike Roll to School event for the week of May 4th, with David Onigman recruiting volunteers and Ginger Reiner establishing a signup form.
