Lincoln Community Center Building Committee approves solar coordination changes. The committee voted unanimously to authorize $6,434 for roof vent piping relocation and approved 5-1-2 a $12,675 structural roof reinforcement, both required to coordinate the solar panel vendor's installation plan with the building's existing structure. Co-Chairs Jonathan Dwyer and Sarah Chester presided over the discussion.
The Friends of the Lincoln Council on Aging, chaired by Rhonda Swain, has raised $1,345,000 in pre-approved pledges to offset bonding costs, with funds transferring to the town in June or July. Completion remains on schedule within nine months.
