Community Preservation Committee reviews three ongoing projects

LINCOLN — Community Preservation Committee meets to review housing and library initiatives. All nine members attended the meeting chaired by Eric Zimmerman, who reviewed three projects: the Select Board's Regional Housing Support Services initiative serving 300 town units, the Affordable Housing Trust, and the Library Trustees' Boiler/HVAC work. The committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes.

The Library Trustees' Boiler/HVAC project was deferred due to open questions on HVAC funding paths.
