Conservation Commission Issues Two Enforcement Orders
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 8, 2026
LINCOLN — Conservation Commission issues enforcement orders at two residential properties. The Commission voted unanimously to issue orders at 93 Weston Road and 150 Lincoln Road for violations of previously-issued Orders of Conditions, requiring site restoration and monitoring. At 93 Weston Road, applicant Michael Doherty had moved construction equipment and materials into buffer areas beyond permitted boundaries; the Commission approved a temporary expanded work area for construction only.
At 150 Lincoln Road, the applicant spread gravel beyond the original driveway footprint; the Commission requires a restoration plan by April 30. In other business, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend Kathleen Shepard continue as Community Preservation Committee representative and to issue a letter supporting The Food Project's greenhouse-improvement grant application.
