Lincoln Conservation Commission unanimously ratifies enforcement order requiring material cleanup from wetlands. The Commission voted unanimously to ratify an Enforcement Order issued February 3 requiring property owners Frank and Vickie Panetta to remove dumped vehicles, farm equipment, and metal debris from a wetland resource area and buffer zone at 109 Page Road and 283 Cambridge Turnpike. The Commission also unanimously endorsed removal of Section 12.2 from the town's Zoning Bylaws, which relies on outdated maps and is superseded by the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
A Notice of Intent hearing for a proposed 20-unit residential development was continued to March 11.
