Lincoln Dark Skies Committee moves amendment toward Select Board and public hearing. The committee scheduled a March 9 Select Board review of the final amendment, followed by a Planning Board public hearing on March 10. Committee members are conducting resident outreach, including a lighting questionnaire finalized by Susan KatzSliski and Kathleen Lomatoski and publicized through multiple town channels.
The committee is pursuing endorsements from LLCT, Mass Audubon, the Historical Commission, and Drumlin Farm, and will present a Town Meeting proposal via PowerPoint developed by Sherry Haydock with resident focus group input.
