LINCOLN — Dark Skies Committee schedules March 10 public hearing on revised bylaws. The committee reviewed edits to the proposed Dark Skies bylaws and scheduled a public hearing for March 10, with upcoming Select Board (March 9), Conservation Commission (March 11), and Moderator (March 18) meetings to follow. Committee member Craig Nicholson will complete the revised draft, and a subgroup including Buzz Constable, Sherry Haydock, Louise Bergeron, and Ken will develop the Town Meeting presentation.
The committee plans community outreach through Lincoln Talk and the Lincoln Squirrel and has identified potential endorsements from multiple town boards and organizations.
