LINCOLN — Dark Skies Committee readies amendment for Town Meeting presentation. The committee is preparing a formal presentation after a March 18 Moderator Meeting, with a focus group during the week of March 23 to test messaging. The Conservation Committee and Historical Commission have endorsed the amendment, which incorporates Select Board revisions to definitions and includes a 10 PM shutdown requirement for new construction.
A distributed lighting questionnaire has drawn 90 responses in 48 hours.
