The committee welcomed Susan Mygatt as Planning Board representative and assigned Buzz Constable to develop a detailed scope of work that included Public Safety and Department of Public Works staff involvement and engagement with a town-funded lighting consultant. Sherry Haydock was assigned to coordinate follow-up meetings to schedule the project for May.
The committee received notification of 270 resident survey responses on lighting preferences and addressed noncompliant fixtures at multiple town locations, with the Commons facing a two-week deadline for modifications.
