The period's top sale was 148 Weston Road, which sold for $2,100,000 on July 31, from Robert and Christie Waitt to Elizabeth Gowen. Three of the eight transfers, at 5 Short Hill Road, 40 Todd Pond Road and 216 Concord Road, moved property into trusts held under the same names as the sellers, with no price recorded yet. The recorded-price sample is small, and the data does not show whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
