Eight Lincoln Property Transfers Recorded In August, Weston Road Home Tops Sales At $2.1 Million
Lincoln recorded eight property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29. Prices ranged from $850,000 to $2,100,000, with a median of $1,300,000 among the five sales that disclosed a price. The period's top sale was 148 Weston Road, which sold for $2,100,000 on July 31, from Robert and Christie Waitt to Elizabeth Gowen. Three of the eight transfers, at 5 Short Hill Road, 40 Todd Pond Road and 216 Concord Road, moved property into trusts held under the same names as the sellers, with no price disclosed. The disclosed-price sample is small, and the data does not show whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
