Finance Committee reelects Blanchfield as Chair, approves $122,296 LSRHS transfer

LINCOLN — Finance Committee unanimously reelects leadership and approves regional high school funding shift. Chair Paul Blanchfield and Vice Chair Rich Rosenbaum were reelected unanimously, then the seven-member panel approved a $122,296 transfer from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Excess and Deficiency funds: $91,722 to mitigate FY26 budget deficits and $30,574 to the stabilization account, Finance Director Colleen Wilkins reported. The Committee also voted to recommend a joint meeting with the School Committee and Select Board to discuss Hanscom Reserve Fund policy and directed Wilkins to gather detailed insurance and pension program information for future review.
