LINCOLN — Finance Committee reviews water rates, school budget, and town meeting readiness. Water Superintendent Richard Nolli presented the FY27 water department budget, proposing 13 percent annual rate increases through FY29 to fund capital improvements and a water main project borrowing of approximately $8.4 million. Lincoln Superintendent Parry Graham summarized budget proposals for Lincoln K-8 and Hanscom, presenting a level service budget with a 4.7 percent increase over FY26.
Chair Paul Blanchfield presented a draft Town Budget Presentation ahead of the March 28, 2026 Town Meeting, with accompanying materials to be posted on the town website and distributed to residents.
