Four open-market sales post prices as trust transfers dominate Lincoln's October deed activity

Lincoln recorded 11 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only four carried a sale price in current registry data, ranging from $425,000 to $1,689,200 with a median of $900,000 among those priced. The month's top transaction was 4 Cedar Rd, which sold for $1,689,200 on Oct. 23.

The month's top transaction was 4 Cedar Rd, which sold for $1,689,200 on Oct. 23. Seven of the 11 transfers appeared to involve family members or individuals moving property into revocable trusts, based on matching grantor and grantee names, and carry no recorded price. The four confirmed sales all involved buyers and sellers with different surnames, consistent with open-market transactions, while prices for the remaining transfers may still be forthcoming.
