LINCOLN — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approves April minutes and gets detailed briefing on taxiway project. The Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approved April 2026 meeting minutes 3-0 on May 19, with two members abstaining due to absence. Massport project managers Stephen Flecchia and Eli Bahrevar presented a two-phase Taxiway E rehabilitation project starting August 1, with the west side running 41 days and the east side 21 days; Runway 11-29 will close five weekends during construction, with approximately 1,000 truck trips estimated for the west side and 600 for the east side.
The commission voted 5-0 to send a letter to Governor Healey regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement flight operations and passenger screening procedures at the airfield.
