LINCOLN — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approves amended meeting minutes and authorizes comments on Massport Strategic Plan. Chair Margaret Coppe called the meeting to order on February 17 at 7:04 p.m.; January minutes were approved unanimously following one amendment. Amber Goodspeed presented January 2026 noise data showing daytime operations increased 7.0 percent year-over-year, single operations rose 17.2 percent, and jet operations increased 6.1 percent, while night operations fell to 168 from 172.
The commission appointed Coppe and Barbara Katzenberg to draft comments on Massport's Strategic Plan and voted unanimously to allow a subcommittee to continue negotiations with Massport Legal on ICE flights consensus points.
