LINCOLN — The Historical Commission approved emergency repairs to crypts in the Meeting House Cemetery. The Cemetery Commission requested a hardship certificate for immediate work on failing crypt lintels, with permanent repairs expected within two years through Community Preservation funding. The commission determined that two structures at Massachusetts Audubon's 208 South Great Road property, the Corn Crib and Tin Shed, are not historically significant, clearing the way for demolition.
The commission approved certificates of appropriateness for window replacements at 51 Stonehedge Road and extensive roof-and-garage-door work at 68 Conant Road for owners Bjorn Slate and Olivia Penncock. All votes passed unanimously.
