Historical Commission approves roof replacement at 207 Concord Rd.

Historical Commission · Meeting of January 6, 2026

LINCOLN — The Lincoln Historical Commission voted unanimously to allow roof replacement at 207 Concord Rd. after determining the house lacks historical significance. Chair Andrew Glass led the commission through two hearings during the January 6 virtual meeting. Homeowners Greg and Erica Darnall won approval to proceed following tree damage, while Christian Jones at 79 Lincoln Rd. received clearance to demolish and rebuild a barn in the same footprint.

The commission confirmed a 2019 finding that the barn had no historical, architectural, or cultural significance. Both votes passed 6-0.
