Housing Commission acts on tenant recertification, vacant unit reuse.
Housing Commission · Meeting of March 5, 2026
Lincoln Housing Commission unanimously approves tenant deposit application and maintenance funding. Co-Chairs Rachel Drew and Jena Salon joined members in authorizing emergency expenditures including an oil tank replacement and approving a Trident Home Solutions bid for exterior painting on town-owned affordable rental units. The Commission voted to apply town-held deposits toward a deceased tenant's unpaid rent and to engage the Metropolitan Area Planning Council as consultant for the town's Housing Action Plan, contingent on price negotiations.
Unit #4's lease expires March 31, 2026, with recertification required to avoid non-renewal.
