Lincoln Housing Commission approved revised lease templates for the town's six affordable-housing units following completion of annual household recertifications and rent adjustments. Co-Chairs Rachel Drew and Jena Salon and members Julie Brogan, Terry Perlmutter, and Donald Fonseca voted unanimously to adopt the revised lease, effective May 1, 2026 for two extended leases. The Commission also authorized lead-hazard testing at three units for approximately $250 and discussed pending repairs to the vacant ADA unit, estimated at roughly $10,000, pending formal repair estimates.
A special meeting is scheduled for April 14 to formally hire a maintenance coordinator following the end of a required 30-day waiting period.
