Just one of eight Lincoln property transfers discloses a sale price
Eight properties changed hands in Lincoln between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $1,300,000, for 35 North Great Road, sold by Maharishi Foundation USA Inc. to North Great LLC. The other seven transactions, including sales on Bedford Road, Moccasin Hill, Tabor Hill Road, Short Hill Road, Todd Pond Road and Concord Road, listed no consideration amount. Six of the eight transfers moved property into or within a trust or estate structure. With pricing disclosed on just one of eight deeds, the recorded data does not support a read on whether the market ran active or quiet this period.
