Library Trustees approve new supervisory position and promotion for Tory Black

LINCOLN — Library Trustees unanimously approve new supervisory position and promotion for Tory Black. Director Melissa Roderick's proposal to create an Assistant Circulation and Technical Services Supervisor role at Grade 9 and advance Tory Black into the position passed 5-0. The Community Preservation Committee voted to bond the Library's HVAC Ground Source project with interest covered for 20 years at no additional tax impact; the proposal moves to Finance Committee and Town Meeting.

The Capital Planning Committee approved the Library's $66,800 annual maintenance funding request for FY27.
