Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee · Meeting of July 16, 2026

Lincoln's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee approved long-overdue minutes from January and June in unanimous votes on July 16. Committee members present were Ginger Reiner, John Mendelson, Bob Wolf, Chris Murphy, Kim Bodnar, Bob Kupperstein, and David Onigman. The Ricci Trail project, which would connect Mill Street to Bedford Road, has won Select Board approval and is scheduled for Conservation Commission review on July 29, with Reiner and Wolf planning to attend.

The committee also discussed the Ballfield Road project, where the Transportation Coalition appeared to favor painting a bike lane on the road's right-hand fork, weighing school-access concerns against community-facility traffic needs.
