CFREE · Meeting of February 11, 2026
Lincoln CFREE eyes $250 million in net metering credits for advancing state programs. Vicky Diadiuk led the working group's meeting as Scott Rodman reported National Grid's unused credits, including $65 million allocated to public entities. Eight grant applications are advancing for the $50 million Advancing Massachusetts Power program, a state initiative focused on battery systems and demand charges; the school's battery saved $53,000 in its first year.
The committee is also planning thermal-imaging presentations at the library and a May 16 bike donation drive in Wayland Center.
