Historical Commission · Meeting of March 10, 2026
Lincoln Historical Commission voted unanimously on March 10 to declare that a barn at 59 Conant Road and a 1950s house at 89 Lexington Road have historic significance to the town — determinations that will bar or complicate demolition applications on both properties. The commission also unanimously approved a certificate of appropriateness for a shed at 29 Lincoln Road and found portions of the building at 145 Tower Road are not preferably preserved, allowing that demolition to proceed. A hearing on a proposed demolition at 5 Hawk Hill Road was continued to April 14 pending design materials with specified dimensions.
