Lincoln Library Trustees approve amended camera policy and five-year capital plan. Chair Jacquelin Apsler and trustees unanimously approved a Camera Usage Policy reviewed by Town Counsel and a revised FY28-FY32 capital plan incorporating interior renovations from prior space-planning studies. Library Director Melissa Roderick reported on staff professional development and a March 30th opening reception for "Mid-Century to Next Century Modern Houses and Sustainable Futures."
