Lincoln records eight deeds but most sale prices still pending

Lincoln recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only three carried a sale price so far, ranging from $425,000 to $1,225,000 with a median of $575,000. The period's top transaction was a $1,225,000 sale at 131 Lincoln Road on Oct. 6.

The period's top transaction was a $1,225,000 sale at 131 Lincoln Road on Oct. 6. Two other recorded sales were condominium units on Todd Pond Road and Lincoln Road. Four of the remaining transfers appear to be family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With price data available for less than half of recorded deeds, overall market tone for the period cannot be fully assessed from the available data.
