Lincoln Records Eight Property Transfers, Only Three With Disclosed Prices
Eight property transfers were recorded in Lincoln from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $850,000 to $1,350,000 with a median of $1,300,000. The top sale was 16 Old Cambridge Turnpike at $1,350,000, followed by 35 North Great Road at $1,300,000 and 235 Aspen Circle, Unit 235, at $850,000. The other five transfers appear to move properties into personal or family trusts, with no price disclosed for any of them. With most of the period's activity price-undisclosed, the available data offers only a limited read on Lincoln's late-summer market.
