Lincoln September Deed Filings Dominated by Family Trust Transfers
South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Lincoln between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. None of the filings included a sale price as of this writing, so no price range or median can be reported for the period; deed data typically shows consideration amounts about a week after recording. Nine of the 10 transfers moved a property from an individual owner into that same owner's revocable or family trust, including filings at 15 Pine Ridge Rd, 25 Long Meadow Rd and 4 Bowles Ter. The 10th, at 11 Moccasin Hill, removed a co-owner from an existing deed. No transfer recorded in this period involved a buyer outside the family.
