Only one of ten Lincoln property transfers carries a recorded price
Ten property transfers were recorded in Lincoln by the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between Aug. 21 and Sep. 19. Only one included a sale price: $1,300,000, for the Aug. 27 transfer of 35 North Great Road from Maharishi Foundation USA Inc. to North Great LLC. The other nine transfers had no price yet available in registry data. Nine of the ten recorded transfers moved property into or within a family trust, involving addresses on Sandy Pond Road, Trapelo Road, Bedford Road, Moccasin Hill, Tabor Hill Road, Short Hill Road, Todd Pond Road and Concord Road. With only one priced transaction recorded, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from price data alone.
