LINCOLN — Planning Board approved a single-family home site plan on Bedford Road in a 4-1 vote. Approving members were Co-Chairs Lynn DeLisi and Gary Taylor and Members Rob Ahlert and Margaret Olson; DeLisi voted against. The non-conforming lot required Zoning Board of Appeals review; the board conditionally approved the plan subject to ZBA and Historical Commission review.
In separate business, the board continued a public hearing for Civico Development's 20-unit housing development to June 9, 2026, requesting additional landscaping plans, tree protection details, and sound mitigation information.
