LINCOLN — The Lincoln Planning Board unanimously approved four sets of prior minutes, July 14. Co-Chairs Lynn DeLisi and Gary Taylor and members Rob Ahlert, Susan Hall Mygatt, and Margaret Olson learned the Dark Skies Zoning Bylaw cleared Attorney General approval. Applicant Fabio Andre withdrew his variance request for a 3-story structure at 150 Lincoln Road, choosing to correct site grading and foundation work instead.

Margaret Olson reported the Transportation Coalition plans a workshop on Ballfield Road redesign to remove an existing slip lane and improve pedestrian walkways after Community Center construction. Co-Chair Taylor said he and DeLisi will meet July 28 with Select Board member Jennifer Glass and Tim Higgins to advance the Comprehensive Plan update.
