Planning Board · Meeting of August 11, 2026

Lincoln Planning Board unanimously approved a minor site plan modification for a Brooks Hill residential property. Co-chair Lynn DeLisi, member Susan Hall Mygatt, and member Margaret Olson voted to allow Jane and Larry Herlacher to modify their driveway and add landscape improvements to 7 Brooks Hill. The project involves removing eight oak trees and transplanting a rhododendron; wooded areas of the property remain unchanged.

The applicants may return with a lighting plan if they pursue future driveway lighting. The Board also heard a presentation on state zoning law changes affecting notice requirements, nonconforming uses, freeze protections, and variances.
