LINCOLN — Planning Board unanimously approves site plan for second-floor addition at 12 Pine Ridge Road. Co-Chairs Lynn DeLisi and Gary Taylor, along with members Rob Ahlert, Susan Hall Mygatt, and Craig Nicholson, voted to clear the modification and authorize average natural grade for height calculations. Neighbor concerns about interior light pollution were addressed by the developer and prospective buyer through voluntary shading and dimmer commitments.
The board also learned that a 17-inch variance in the first-floor height of a new four-unit building at 150 Lincoln Road constitutes an zoning violation; a stop work order is forthcoming.
