Planning Board approves two ANR endorsements for Cambridge water-protection land divisions.

LINCOLN — Planning Board unanimously endorses two ANR plans for Cambridge water-supply land conveyance. Farrington Memorial Inc.'s parcel at 295 Cambridge Turnpike was divided into two lots, F1 and F2, for sale to Cambridge with conservation restrictions to Lincoln; a second ANR for three separate properties at 109 Page Road and 279 and 283 Cambridge Turnpike created four parcels to be consolidated and conveyed to Cambridge with conservation restrictions. Planning Board Director Paula Vaughn-MacKenzie reported she has submitted an application to the Commonwealth for Comprehensive Plan development funding.
The Board unanimously appointed Craig Nicholson as a voting member of the Dark Skies Subcommittee.
