LINCOLN — Planning Board approves three development permits and reappoints co-chairs. The board voted unanimously to approve revised signage for Ally Specialty Veterinary Center on Mill Street after narrowing the design to a single ground-mounted sign capped at 5 feet, following neighborhood testimony that the residential scenic road required wayfinding over advertising. In other unanimous votes, the board approved a residential addition at 145 Tower Road and a minor site plan modification adding a loading dock to Codman Community Farms.

Planning Director Paula Vaughn-MacKenzie reported board approval to pursue a $200,000 state grant for a 15- to 24-month Comprehensive Plan update. The board tabled discussion of a proposed 144-unit rental complex at 339 South Great Road pending broader town engagement.
