LINCOLN — Planning Board continues Section 12.2 wetlands zoning hearing to February 24. The board sought additional review time after member Susan Hall Mygatt requested more time to examine the proposal, which would delete a 1973 wetlands provision that Planning Director Paula Vaughn-MacKenzie said relies on outdated 1968 maps and duplicates existing state and local conservation permitting. Member Craig Nicholson reported that the Dark Skies Subcommittee has refined its proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment and will return a revised draft for the board's February 24 review, with key questions remaining over how to calculate maximum lumens per residential lot and whether to retain provisions on American Flag lighting.
