Planning Board · Meeting of September 8, 2026
Planning Board deferred final approval of South Great Road tree-removal and deck expansion pending neighbor comment. The Board unanimously determined that removing 10 hazard trees, expanding a rear deck from 168 to 297 square feet, and adding a front entry porch at 95 South Great Road constitute a minor modification; however, Member Susan Hall Mygatt moved to continue the discussion to September 22 to notify direct abutters after the arborist cited public safety concerns. Member Rob Ahlert seconded the motion.
In other business, Gary Taylor was unanimously appointed Planning Board representative to the Community Center Building Committee.
