LINCOLN — Community Preservation Committee discusses library HVAC funding strategy. The committee recommended a fully bonded approach for a library boiler and HVAC upgrade project, discussing air source heat pump options and available grants and rebates. Members also considered a $100,000 allocation option for the housing trust and acknowledged that non-town-owned properties rank lower in priority under Select Board policy.
