Select Board June Newsletter Out as Town Launches "Inhabit" Resident App
The Select Board's June 2026 newsletter is out, and the town is also encouraging residents to sign up for "Inhabit," a new platform designed to keep Lincolnites connected to local news and announcements.
TOWN HALL
The Select Board released its June 2026 newsletter on Friday, the board's regular summary of town business and decisions. The board also reminded residents that its SelectConnect bulletin — distributed after each Select Board meeting, roughly twice a month — is available by subscription for those who want more frequent updates between newsletters.
Separately, the town posted a notice urging residents to connect with "Inhabit," described as a way to stay current on everything Lincoln. Residents interested in either resource can find sign-up information through the town's official alerts page at lincolntown.org.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
The Lincoln Public Library continues to operate amid ongoing construction affecting Library Lane access and parking. Visitors are advised to allow extra travel time; details on the construction project are at lincolnbigdig.com.
Looking ahead to Sunday, June 29, the library is hosting two drop-in programs: a Craft & Chill watercolor lighthouses session and a Co-Operatives Escape Room Wall activity open to all ages during regular library hours. The library's Knitting & Stitching Group meets again on Tuesday, July 1.
In ongoing library news, the Board of Trustees is seeking applicants for an open trustee seat, with particular interest in candidates ready to serve in a governance capacity. The library's 2nd Annual Seed Library is also now active, and the Virginia Rundell Award is accepting submissions.
