LINCOLN — Select Board renews Juneteenth and Pride proclamations, approves revised committee charges. Chair Jim Hutchinson and Members Jennifer Glass and Kim Bodnar voted unanimously to reinstate the seasonal proclamations and updated charges for the Transportation Coalition, Roadway and Traffic Committee, and Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Town Administrator Tim Higgins briefed the Board on a proposed shared services agreement with neighboring communities for building commissioner duties estimated to save the Town approximately $50,000 annually while maintaining service levels.

The Board agreed to explore a pilot approach to a grant-funded communications position and discussed a cannabis delivery moratorium letter to the Commonwealth requesting continuation until March 2027 town meeting.
