LINCOLN — Transportation Coalition advances criteria for crosswalk selection and committee restructuring. The group discussed using Peter Furth's Level of Traffic Stress matrix to guide installation priorities, with the Route 117 and Tower Road crossing identified as a study site despite concerns over safety and cost.
The Ballfield Road circulation and repaving project is estimated at one million dollars and will appear as a standalone warrant article; a larger road repaving initiative is under Finance Committee review.
