A one-time $284,000 expense corrects a five-year billing discrepancy at The Commons; overcharges exceeded $500,000, with half settled via credits and the remainder due in April from reserves.
The commissioners will vote on the budget and rate at their March 17 meeting; if approved, the new rate takes effect in July 2026.
