Zoning Board approves accessory apartment renewal and shed expansion.

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 5, 2026

LINCOLN — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved renewal of an accessory apartment special permit and a conditional shed expansion. Chair David Summer's board voted to renew the permit for 141 South Great Road for seven years through February 5, 2031, after applicant Almut Werminghausen failed to appear. The board also unanimously approved a special permit for Jane O'Rourke to construct an 8 foot by 12 foot shed at 29 Lincoln Road, contingent on receipt of a revised worksheet with corrected square footage and a certified plot plan noting setbacks.

The original 2018 approval for that site was for a smaller 8 foot by 8 foot structure that was never built.
