LINCOLN — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a special permit for a single-story garage. Applicants Shergul Arshad and Sophie Dixon sought approval to renovate and construct the detached two-car garage at 91 Tower Road, presented by Architect Scott Grady. The board voted 6-0 to close the hearing and 6-0 to approve the permit with conditions requiring dark sky lighting only on the front of the garage, with none on the sides.
The garage would be relocated slightly from its current location and would meet all required setbacks.
